Lyrics

Snow like swans with frail white down floating from the sea
Upside down, they billow out, underneath me, underneath my feet

Hold tight my little orange
Apples aren’t the only edible fruit
Don’t you dare get discouraged
They’re just so used to food they’re given to chew
The basic pie on every menu
But some are wishing for a stranger delight
After basic apple crumbles,
forbidden fruit has a tastier bite

They’ll tell you you’re weak, believe that you’re strong
They’ll say you’re too honest, you’ll never belong
But their blade is too dull and their spoon it won’t budge
Comparing apples to Orange, your skin they can’t touch

There’s a time for every season
there’s an ebb to every flow
And if somebody can’t see the reason
your orange heart can let them go

Snow like swans with frail white down floating from the sea
Upside down, they billow out, underneath me, underneath my feet

In their rush, people move right past you
And you wonder what they’re fussing about
But you needn’t have their worries
You’ve got your own magic all figured out

They’ll tell you you’re weak, believe that you’re strong
They’ll say you’re too honest, you’ll never belong
But the blade is too dull and their spoon it won’t budge
Comparing apples to Orange, your skin they can’t touch
It’s your skin they can’t touch
